Join us on Thursday, December 4th from 10:30-12:00 (Mountain) for The restoration economy: Cost-benefit analyses and payments for ecosystem services.

The Human-side of Restoration Webinar Series will delve into the restoration economy on December 4th, 2014. Join us to discuss cost-benefit analysis and ways to use ecosystem services to pay for ecological restoration. We will learn about a spreadsheet model to assess treatment costs and benefits and unique examples of payments for ecosystem services (The Mokelumne Avoided Cost Study and Rio Grande Water Fund). Our knowledgeable speakers include Angela Farr and Michael Niccolucci (Northern Region of the Forest Service), Cass Moseley (University of Oregon), and Kristen Podolak and Laura McCarthy (The Nature Conservancy).
