Rob oversees operations, finances, and organizational strategy, ensuring our projects and partnerships build towards a common vision. He has two decades of experience working on land conservation and habitat restoration projects in Alaska and abroad, including co-managing international wetland restoration projects with the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands.

In his time at SAWC, Rob has launched a compensatory mitigation program, created and maintained partnerships for tribal stewardship crews throughout the region, and leveraged new support and funding for watershed stewardship. Rob loves a good adventure; he circumnavigated the Pacific Ocean in his sailboat and is happiest on mountain ridgelines.
